FDM offers a money back guarantee within 14 days of a customer purchasing and enrolling in our programs. Returns will be processed through our customer service department at info@fdmnow.com or by calling (303) 516-0000. Money shall be refunded using the same medium—cash, credit card, or check used to purchase the product. Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving an authorized return request.
